If you plan to run or walk with a pram, you're welcome to do so. However, please be aware that you'll be asked to start at the rear of the field. This arrangement ensures a smooth and safe experience for all participants.

Music players are allowed on the course. If you are using music on course, please follow these guidelines:

  • Volume must be kept low so as not to cause offence or disturbance to other participants and so you can hear instructions and directions given by event officials, course marshals and emergency services personnel.
  • Music players must not be turned on until after the start of your event so that you can hear all instructions and announcements given at the start line.
  • You must remain aware of your surroundings at all times, pay particular attention to lead and emergency vehicles and show courtesy to all other participants.

There are toilets at the Marina Square Shopping Centre which is near the start line. There are two different toilet locations on course. One by the drink station on the Holker Busway (3km and 5km mark) and then again just before you leave the Armory Park and run by the Parramatta River. There are bubblers scattered around the course. There will also be drink stations located on the Holker St Busway (around the 3km and 5km mark), and in the Armory Park (7km).

There is no cut off time for the 10km. Hill Road Corner Holker Street will reopen at 9.15am so all participants will need to be off this area by this time.

Please note that there are no refunds for any reason whatsoever for non-starters. As a community event, we will try to transfer your registration. Admin fees apply.

There is free access to the Marina Square Shopping Centre car park, which has a capacity for about 500 cars. Please allocate sufficient time for parking. The start and finish lines are located on Footbridge Boulevard in Wentworth Point, just outside the shopping centre. We recommend using public transport (Rhodes train station stop). A free shuttle bus will be operating (TBC) from the Rhodes train station to the Bennelong Bridge (Rhodes end), which is just 300 meters from the event hub. The Olympic Park wharf is another option, located within a walking distance from the finish line.
