This year we are launching training plans to make sure you get the absolutely the best out of the BBBRun.
Sign up below and receive a weekly training plan to unleash the best you (starting the week of the 7th Jan) Train wiser not harder! These training plans have been compiled by a very experienced coach Glen Lebeau, he has had experience coaching, first time runners right through to serious speed demons, as well as those with disabilities. He believes that everyone should experience the thrill of being the best they can be.
Training Plans plus hands on coaching
If you need some help with your training plan, there is a special package on offer. Which includes speed sessions run by Glen every Thursday at 6.30pm on the track at Sydney Olympic Park starting Thursday 10th January 2019. This is ideal if you want to train at a faster pace and get personal advice from an experienced coach. All levels are welcome. The package will give you access to:
- an Accredited Athletics Coach;
- a phone app with automatic upload of your workouts from Garmin or Strava for coach analysis and feedback;
- speed sessions every Thursdays at the Sydney Olympic Park track (including drills, tips and fun!) – The track entry fee will be covered by BBBRun (value $5 per session)
- a running group, the Croissant Run Club, and all the benefits of joining a running group to share running experience, stay motivated and make new friends!
The first session will be a “Come and Try” on Thursday 10th of January, 6:30PM.
